Any normal person's response to discovering the absence of a potato is obvious. They simply wouldn't care. I mean why would you? It's not as if it is an object of particular value or interest, and you can always go to the shops to buy another one, in fact you could but ten, or twenty, or even a hundred if the occasion called for it. Who worries over one potato when you can get hold of a hundred? Funnily enough, me. Despite being able to grasp what a "normal reaction" should be, I didn't react normally. Instead, a sudden panic rushed through me like icy water and my cheeks tingled as they drained of blood.

I'm not that active on here really anymore as I've been so busy with exams, uni interviews and family tragedies. I might make a new account to start afresh (not that there's anything wrong with this one, it's just a bit stale).
